"CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Denny Hamlin has a torn knee ligament and won't have surgery to repair it until after the upcoming NASCAR season.
Hamlin says he tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee playing basketball on Friday. The injury was first reported by ESPN.com after Hamlin pulled out of a skills competition for NASCAR drivers hosted by the NBA's Charlotte Bobcats.
Hamlin is the popular preseason pick to unseat four-time defending champion Jimmie Johnson this year. He won two of the final 10 races last year, including the season finale."
Yadda Yadda Yadda Who gives a rip about this guys ligament. Cut off one of his god damn legs, I still don't care. Better yet cut off both legs and give him a peg leg. God knows any idiot can drive a car torn ligament or not. I'm calling his bluff because God knows he sees Jimmie Johnson roll up to the track and hes shitting his pants whether hes favored or not. When Jimmie Johnson laps his ass he'll use the ligament as an excuse.
